Baja Shrimp Salad Recipe

Prep: 15 min, plus chilling time.

* 1 lb. cooked shrimp, thawed and drained
* 1 cucumber, peeled, seeded and thinly sliced
* 12 radishes, thinly sliced
* 4 scallions, sliced
* 1/2 cup white wine vinegar
* 1 Tbs. sugar

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss well. Chill.
